Poland is one of the world leaders in production of modern semiconductor materials such as GaN, sapphire, silicon and SiC used as a basis for production of modern electonic and optoelectronic devices. We supply the best products of the majority of Polands’ manufacturers, focusing on custom made epitaxy GaN, AlN, GaAs, InP, InAs and GaP structures grown on various semiconductor material such as sapphire, bulk GaN, silicon and SiC. We provide custom based MOCVD structures as well as LEDs, HEMTs and other developed wafer structures. We also supply monocrystal semiconductor substrates SiC, sapphire, and GaN.
